So when does the fun (trading) begin?

Obviously, nothing is going to happen anywhere in MLB until the world series is complete. But do we have to wait until the winter meetings to see trading?

not always. Sometimes trades are made right after the Series, and up to the meetings. Same with FA signings. Not too many trades are made early but a few do happen. Most activity anymore comes after the winter meetings.
