To those who have joined,

I've been looking over OOTP today, and ive decided not to pursue a restart of RZSL(at least not with me as commissioner). Im not familiar with OOTP like many probably are, and I figure it would be best to save everybody the trouble of having someone in charge who to be honest doesnt know what they are doing.

I apologize for this, but I am doing this in the best interests of those who would have joined.:(
