On numerous websites, i have seen that AC/DC is in the studio and making a NEW album which will be out later this year, and also a tour will soon follow, they have "interviews" with Angus and Brian saying that it will be one of the most hard albums they've made. Anyone else hear this? i hope its true.

Anyone else amazed that these guys have parlayed 3-chord songs, bad-boy schtick and stacks of amps into a 30+ year career that still appeals to high schoolers?

It's Rock N' Roll, and I think it's good for kids.

Is that their demographic? I kind of figure it's older guys like me who remember them from back in the day.

I told my wife the other day, it was "love at first feel." She believed me!

IMO what I believe to be amazing about AC/DC is the fact that they are one of the few bands to lose their original lead singer, find a replacement, and keep the band rolling as one of Rock music's top acts. A few other bands it worked for i.e. Van Hagar (not Van Cherone) and Sabbath (with Dio).
