I liked this list because it contains some of my least favorite catchphrases.

Twenty-five Things I'm Glad I Am No Longer Required To Do

Show you the money
Wake up and smell the coffee
Want a piece of you
Sit on it
Keep it real
Wang Chung tonight
Get all up in your grill
Think outside the box
Be there (and/or be square)
Talk to the hand
Take it up a notch
Kiss your grits
Get jiggy with it
Catch you on the flipside
Open up a can of whoop-ass
Gag you with a spoon
Keep on truckin'
Get with the program
Eat your shorts
Take it easy
Give mad props
Bring it on
Touch base
Quiero Taco Bell
Not go there

When Keepin' it Real goes wrong.

Kiss my Grits is great. I'd love to lead the charge to bring that back.

Indicative of the era when Southern Chic was all the rage, Truckers were heros, wielding CB's and looking for jiggly woman in tight tube tops. Lobo, The Dukes, Trucker Hats and BJ and The Bear.

Nanoo Nanoo... and Hey, Hey, Hey, Hey all pale in comparison.

And trucker vests. About 1979 or 1980 I wore a cowboy hat and a trucker vest. I am thankful there is only one picture of me in that get up.

Maybe we need a "That '70's Thread", but I honestly don't know what to post in it.

Did they all wear boots and trucker wallets? That would be cool!

You've seriously got some hella-funny stories to tell, woy. That is freakin' hilarious.

You should join your wife and write a book about some of your stories / experiences.

DanO: Yes, Rich this is Dan O'Brien...returning your call. Can you hear me now?
Rich Aurilia: Yes, I can hear you Dan. What happened to me being the starting shortstop? In January, you said I was all that and a bag of chips.
DanO: Well Rich, it's not you...it's me. You see, it was just a matter of time before Felipe got his act together and stayed focused.
Rich Aurilia: But...
DanO: Really, all you did for two months was dodge a bullet.
Rich Aurilia: Hey, I coulda been a contender. I coulda been somebody, instead of a bum, which is what I am..
DanO: Sorry Rich, the tribe has spoken. You are the weakest link...good-bye!
