Personally, I wouldn't mind if I never saw any of these again.

1) "Can you hear me now? Good!"
2) "I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to Geico"
3) "1-800-Safe-Auto, pick up the phone the call is free."
4) "I'm attorney Doug Mann..."
5) "What's in your wallet?"

Jim Scott's Grippo's commercials.

Agreed, those are absolutely horrible. The whole Grippo's marketing department should be fired. Oh yeah, and Jim Scot could put me to sleep even if I had just popped about 5 Stackers.

Loops, or chips?
My grandfather drove a Grippo's truck when I was a kid and there was always a supply of those dark, reject chips in his basement. About a pound of those and an 8 oz. bottle of coke was lunch when grandma wasn't around.

I do miss this:

Why did Napoleon always have his hand in his shirt? He was hiding a bag of Grippo's!

It was so lame and cheesy it made me giggle.

Jim Scott would know that from personal experience. I think that portrait was painted about the same year that he started with WLW.

KidzBop Infinity - There is nothing more annoying than a bunch of tone deaf kids singing the pop hit flavors of the month.

In fact, marketing directed at children in general. When I was a kid, the toys were supposed to be fun to play with and the food was good to eat. Now they're lifestyle choices. They should just call those Bratz dolls "Prostitutez."

The Orthotrycycline commercials that took a sugary remake of a perfectly good song by The Las and made it so that I can't listen to that song anymore. It's rumored that the song is about heroin use, to boot.

Any promo for any TV show billed as "Must See!" or "Ripped from the Headlines!"

"Ford is the best in Texas."

Having DVRs with commercial skip is truly a great way to avoid the annoying commercials.

I don't know how far south these commercials go, but up here in and near Lima, we get these commercials for Only Believe Ministries in Botkins, Ohio. I assume those of you in the Troy/Piqua area probably get them also.

These people are as sleazy as the Bakkers and the Falwells combined. Their local nickname is "Only Bring Your Checkbook Ministries". Anyone who would use religion as a mask to steal people's money had better have a high tolerance for fire and brimstone, because they will become quite familiar with it.

I really wouldn't mind if those new Burger King commercials went the way of the dinosaurs. The Burger King really, really creeps me out.

Why does he just stand there silently???

I've seen enough horror movies to know that men wearing masks who appear out of nowhere and don't speak aren't your friends.
