The Indians informed Ramon Vazquez that he will make the team as a utilityman.
Brandon Phillips is expected to be traded. Healthy after being limited by leg troubles throughout 2005, Vazquez should be a quality reserve for the Indians. It's just not likely to result in any fantasy value unless someone gets hurt.

Danny Graves will be the last man in the Cleveland pen, manager Eric Wedge revealed today.
Jason Davis will be optioned to Triple-A. Steve Karsay can become a free agent since he isn't going to make the team. Graves shouldn't have any fantasy value at all.
