What the &!#@% is Encarnacion doing on his CELL PHONE in the dugout during a game...
I really doubt that it was a "personal" call.

Why? You have no clue who he was talking to or about?

Now let's get through 5 innings quickly so this thing can be official before I see Noah boarding an ark outside the ballpark.

Ok I said it and it happened. On opening day I told many of you naysayers Aurilia would be splitting time with Encarnacion by game 5 it took 3. In game two Encarnacion didnt do much better which is why you see Aurilia who in the first two games has put up the best numbers offensively for the reds. Don't get me wrong I dont think Encarnacion is a hack, but he still needs time to develope and his bat isnt helping us win right now. I clearly rember about 15 of you bashing me saying this would never happen and also you gave my rep numbers low points. I guess you guys just don't like someone that knows baseball. To all you naysayers for future posts, "don't act like you know everything you don't!" If you did you'd be a part of the Reds staff. So next time someone comes in with a bold opinion as mine maybe you should shut your mouth and listen for once.

My 2 Cents..

Well, Mr. Bold Opinion, when EE starts the next three games, all against lefties, and will therefore have started 5 of 6 games, will you be around to keep running your mouth? Just curious.

Not raining much now but there is a big area of rain that looks like it is on the way so hopefully we get 5 innings in with the lead.

Seriously, it may be personal, but we don't know what's going on in his private life. What if he has a mother on her death bed or something. Then wouldn't you feel bad for not wanting him to talk to her?

No.

EE doesn't seem like the type of guy to make person phone calls during the game. You have no idea what the context of the convo was, and how do you know that Narron or Chambliss didn't tell him to do it?
