Tomorrow they face a nice young pitcher and then the showdown will be wednesday i guess. But it was a nice win in all.

According to BBTN, the Reds:

1 - They can hit with anyone in baseball
2 - They've beaten the teams with bad pitching
3 - They've struggled against teams with good pitching

Seriously, this was word for word what they had on the screen when discussing the Reds. Items 2 and 3 can describe just about any team in baseball. And is Carlos Zambrano a good pitcher? how about Mark Mulder?

ESPN never ceases to amaze me at what they can put on the tube and qualify as "analysis."

Kruk then said, "their starters ERA is 4.76, that's not too bad. The problem is the bullpen."
