 I just updated BB in the Wily Mo thread. Just to show that different people are interested in different players even after they've left the Reds. :)

And think of it, we got the mighty Russ Branyon for BB.

BB so far tonight: 4 for 5, 2 HR's, 8 RBI, currently a .407 BA as the Tribe is crushing the BoSox 15-3.

Platooning with other former Red Eduardo Perez is helping.

Yea, I was watching that game the first homer was a grand slam and both of them were off Beckett. Good stuff.

Yes, but is he better than Konerko? ... Interesting that we've had Casey, Konerko, Perez, and Broussard, but our most obvious non-pitching hole to fill today is 1st base. It just seems like the bizzarro world to me ... the Reds never have trouble finding a first baseman, it's THIRD BASE we can never fill!

That's an interesting point, Webby. I'd certainly rather have BB at first than Hatteberg but I'd still be lobbying for Dunn to first and Freel in the lineup everyday.
