His cover of the freshman is the best song on the CD. He does a decent one of Slide by the goo goo dolls as well.

I don't judge the music by how well one sings it... unless its absoulutely horrible... IE That William Hung guy.

IMO - He is a very good singer.... I could always listen to music like this and wish I could find more of it... Remakes, remixes, covers of older songs are very nice. :)

It actually IS his myspace site--all musicians have one. It's enormous hype for their music.

It doesn't automatically mean that he runs it. Anybody can set up a page for a musician, and many do so for their favorites.

Sometimes people have lackeys who run their Myspace page and respond to all the fan mail.

There are several athletes who do have their own myspace pages, and actually run them. Samkon Gado, John Rodriguez and Anthony Reyes, just to name a few.

A real "rocker" wouldnt cover the GooGoo Dolls. Arroyo's a cover artist. Nothing wrong with that but he's not unique or anything.

Arroyo should do a cover of a Dead Kennedy's favorite, with a slight adjustment to the words:

"ESPN get off the air!"

We have to find a way to keep him here, and prevent him from going back to Boston.

Well, we've got three years to win him over.

I'm sure his tune has changed (pun intended) since he first got here. The Reds were coming off quite a horrible run of losing seasons. When the team starts winning, it changes everything. He'll come around. It was just the fact that he felt betrayed and thought he was going to the baseball equivelent of what the Bengals were 5 years ago.
