they were talking about the cards of and i thought it would be interesting to see the Reds guys. from espn.com.....

Dunn - for LF's
14th in BA - .236
4th in OBP - .383
5th in SLG - .560
t3rd in HR - 17
4th in 2B - 11
t6th in RBI - 32

Kearns - for RF's - doing what i always thought he could, top 5 in all but one(6th)
4th in BA - .291
6th in OBP - .371
3rd in SLG - .539
1st in HR - 12
2nd in 2B - 15
4th in RBI - 38

Griffey - CF's - some i guess he didnt have enough ab's to qualify or something, cause he didnt appear
?? in BA - .274
?? in OBP - .319
?? in SLG - .508
4th in HR - 8
t19th in 2B - 5
4th in RBI - 30

What amazes me most about these stats is Dunn only has 2 more RBI's than Griffey in 105 more times up to the plate. I don't want this to turn into a Dunn bash because he'll probably get his 100 RBI's, but it just shows how productive Griffey is in driving runs. It's awesome.

They don't just hand out "All Century" status to guys for showing up. ;)

But, then again, I grew up and developed my love for baseball when Ken Griffey Jr. was the face of the game. Nothing that he does, at this point, will ever surprise me. I truly feel privileged to have watched him play for my home team.

Adam's had 191 ABs so far in 2006... 113 of them, the bases were empty, plus he's led off an inning 48 times.
