Possibly, but it was game 2 of a DH and they were up 6-0.

He already played one end of the DH - boy needs rest sometime.

Deno never needs rest.

Deno sleeps while his eyes are open.

He wanted to play the rest of the game, but the manager pulled him.
Instead, he umpired 43 little league games, played 245 games of chess (and won), played a squad game for the Bengals on every defensive and offensive possition, helped Jack Bauer get midevil on some terrorists, and guest starred on Scrubs.
All at the same time.
When he got home, he saved a kitten from a tree.

Unfortunately, Q also hits with his eyes closed.

During Deno's standard drug tests, doctors have found his urnine is powerful enough to power the M1A1 Abrams battle tank in Iraq.

Deno sleeps while his eyes are open.

The ones on the front of his head anyway.

When he got home, he saved a kitten from a tree.

By accident.

I heard that Deno's can shoot heat rays from his eyes to melt any baseball that threatens to leave the ballpark. Also, he can use those rays to force a pitch either out of the strikezone or to change directions, as if he hit it.

I just got home and checked out the Bats score and Denorfia didnt play tonight.
Did he get injured during the double header or is he just getting rest?

He didn't play again tonight...Saturday. What is up? Is he hurt, or is a trade brewing?

Mike

Is Denorfia being sent in a possible deal to the Angels for something on the lines of Ervin Santana? Bullpen help? Just speculation and nothing concrete in that, just hoping we get some more pitching.

A post in the "Down on the Farm" section mentions that the Reds are expected to promote Dewayne Wise from Chatanooga to Louisville after Sunday's game. See these links:

Could this be to replace Denorfia?
