Sounds like your ISP is having routing issues, Google and I-Tunes work fine for me.

I can't get Redszone at home. Everytime I try to access the page, it throws me off line until I reboot.

Back when I paid to worry about such things, I used http://www.internettrafficreport.com/ to get a quick and dirty look at the www. Don't know how accurate it is these days.
