Ok I'm all for keeping Adam Dunn, but we need pitching and we can get outfielder's a lot easier than pitchers. I'm proposing this deal with Minnesota.

Reds trade-Adam Dunn

Minnesota trades-Francisco Liriano and Boof Bonser
Minnesota trades-Boof Bonser, Jesse Crain and Michael Cuddyer(OF)

what are your thoughts? we then call up deno to platoon in left with cuddyer and in '07 if Deno dosn't pan out we can sign someone like Juan Encarnacion type.

The twins wouldn't do those deals.

I'd do it if Liriano is involved. In a second.

The twins wouldn't do those deals.

They would probably do the second deal, but I doubt it with the first deal.

Liriano would have to be in any deal for Dunn IMO.

I like Dunn, but Liriano, he's good.

Yes on one, no on two.

Minnesota wouldn't do the first and if I was the Reds I wouldn't do the 2nd.

The twins wouldn't do those deals.mght do the 2nd, there is nothing special about Bonser, Crain or Cuddyer

1. Yes

2. No

I would call and see what it would cost for Crain. He hasn't pitched well this year...Wayne might be surprised.

If the Reds could get Liriano, then I would say do it.
But I dont see the Twins trading Liriano.

But I dont see the Twins trading Liriano. The Twins won't be trading Liriano no matter who was offered.

I would rather have good pitching any day, look at the Braves in the past, superior pitching coupled with average hitting. I'm sorry Dunn will never be a .250 hitter. He k's too much and he's not much for hitting with RISP. I would rather have jason bay than adam dunn. sorry!

The Reds would do #1 but the Twins wouldn't.

#2? No thanks.
