...to come out of retirement to pitch an inning of baseball if we're leading in the 9th. Act fast #41, this offer won't be around forever. I've already got Doc Gooden calling me every other hour about this offer.

I'm not going to say the Reds have done nothing to help their bullpen because they have. They DFA'd White and Hammond and tried a couple of AAA guys. Unfortunately, the market isn't open yet for trading. I'm sure we'll add a few arms then.

I think they have some decent moves, but wouldn't it be outstanding if they got rid of Weathers, Mercker, and Mays all at the same time? I think that would really give fans something to cheer about. Bring up anyone from the minors to take their spots. There's no way they'll be worse and it shows management will not accept mediocracy. I think the good players on the team will respect that and I think the fans will love it.

I just hope we can get 1 good one, and some of the AAA guys esp. belisle step it up and pitch, believe me I would like to add 2 good bullpen guys but pretty much everyone is looking for bullpen help, so we will be lucky to pick up just one good one without giving up way too much
