http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/Statistics/Team/playerstats?team=cin&pagetype=fielding&seasonYear=2006

ESPN has it on the fielding stats page of every team.

http://www.baseball-reference.com

This site has historical range factors for every player and every team ever.

Just keep in mind that RF isn't really a very good metric to use when discussing a players fielding ability.
