Is that where I can see Edwin play?

This is ridiculous. With a three day break ahead we give Griffey the day off? Also, why did Edwin come back if he is just going to sit on the bench? They might as well be giving him AB's until after the break in the minors.

Why not play Junior today? It's not like he's going to be busy the next couple days.

Also, does anyone else think that the Dave Ross injury is a way to showcare Larue for a trade and his injury isn't that serious?

Is Griffey already on vacation? Why does he need a day off today when A) he only played 2 innings on Friday and B) he's going to have the next 3 days off? Makes a lot of sense to me. :dunno:

Edwin not playing again. If Narron would atleast explain why this is happening I could maybe, just maybe understand this. One error in his first game back shouldn't lead to a 3 game suspension. :thumbdown

I think Narron has done alot of good for this team and I believe MOST of the players respect him, but I also believe he has shown his true colors since signing his extension and I definitely don't like what I've been seeing lately.

My thoughts exactly.

It is absolutely ridiculous for Encarnacion not to be playiing. I would think Krivsky might play a role in this and get Narron back to playing Encarnacion when the break is over.

Maybe it's that one error along with the other 14 he's had. Maybe his ankle isn't 100% either and giving him off today will give him almost a week of resting it. I'm sure there is a good reason.

he needed time off to pack his family's bags for his vacation to the Bahamas and Narron obliged. Also, why is Dunn batting second and then 4th and then second?

"Having three days off will be OK," Griffey said. "I'll just try to get ready for the second half. We've got a chance to do some good things, and we need everybody healthy. Hopefully, this will do it and we'll be able to have a lot of fun in the second half."

http://news.cincypost.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20060703/SPT05/607030317/1027

Glad to see he will be getting ready for the second half, in the Bahamas! I wonder how you do that down there? I guess Dunn will show him too.

Adam will sneak out in the 7th to join him.

http://flashwarner.com/2006/06/griffey_has_choice_allstar_game_or_vacation_with_a dam_dunn.html

Griffey planned to go to the Bahamas on an All-Star break vacation with his family and teammate Adam Dunn.

"I'll be doing a little bit of fishing ... a lot of fishing," Griffey said. "That's what the young ones like to do. I'll be doing that from sunup to sundown."

http://www.noticias.info/asp/aspComunicados.asp?nid=196765

Griffey had planned to spend the All-Star break on the blue water in the Bahamas. Now it's looking more and more like Pittsburgh will be his new destination.

"I can't take my boat there," joked Griffey during an early batting practice session. He then begged Reds' Hall of Fame radio broadcaster Marty Brennaman not to promote him for starting the All-Star Game.

How many days off does one need in this game anyways? I thought this was about winning? I guess not.

No, i believe i am on the right board. you know, we need to advance to the senior circuit but we are held below in the minors. i guess i will never learn on how to get there, but i am in the right place.

oh, i forgot to add, yea no need to work on consistent hitting, what in the heck was i thinking of. forgive me. LOL

instead he can work on his spinner reel and bass catching i guess.
