This sucks, only about half the games are on TV. I was used to every game being televised since May!

Actually MLB.tv should be picking up the feed from UPN20 in Denver who are broadcasting today's game. This is a problem withe the MLB Extra Inning package because if it's not on one of the regional sports network they usually don't carry it.

I live in the "BLACKOUT ZONE"(COLUMBUS) or else I would have subscribed to MLB.TV for sure.

Oh alright, I didn't realize it was on UPN in Denver.

Well either way we get the game.

I was trying to subscribe since I miss so many games due to work. What's it cost and how do you find it?

if you have a cable connection, MLB.TV is pretty decent and has every game.

If the Reds stay in contention into August, there will be another deal announced.

50 bucks for the rest of the season. you could be blacked out though, check your zip code. http://mlb.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/mlb/subscriptions/mlbtv.jsp

Here is the all access link: http://mlb.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/mlb/subscriptions/all_access.jsp

It's 69.95 for the rest of the season and is a better value IMO. It also allows you to watch condensed games and complete access to the radio call of each game.

$49.95 for the rest of the season. Or $14.95 per month.

I don't know how the blackout rules apply to West Virginia.

What? how? Are you using a proxy connection? Because I've never had good luck finding ones that are fast enough to stream video at a reliable rate.

I was wondering if you could use your, lest say aunt's address in Mississippi, and then by-pass the blackout? How would they know?

The lack of exposure to George Grande will probably be a treat for some of you.

Number of games not televised after the all star break....4.

Number of victories after the all star break....4.

I'm more than willing to give up television if it means more wins.

Nobody else been glad about the no tv?

I've given the tickets away this weekend and just listened to the game at the pool/cookout.

Having Joe back has been awesome also. Had a blast.

Marty may not have taken the increased radio audiences from a lack of TV competition into account when he scheduled his vacation. ;)

That's what I'm hoping. September is especially is EMPTY

I don't have any numbers or anything, but it has always seemed that the Reds broadcast more games in the first half than the second, with not many at all in September.

The past few years, Fox Ohio's ratings come August and September have had to have been horrible. The team had long since tanked and by then football season is in go-mode.

Hopefully, this year will be different.

More games can always be added. I second the thought process that says if the Reds are in it come August 1, more games will be added. I would have to think more people would watch the Reds then Ultimate Pokerstars, or BDSSP reruns.
