What they close for? Everytime I went there, it was always packed.

Not to mention, they had a ton of employees. All those people losing their jobs SUCKS. I've been in a situation like that before....not fun....not fun at all.

The whole chain might be in trouble, for all I know. Around where I am, the Jillian's sold out to Dave & Buster's last year.

Yeah, Dave and Buster's is KILLER. But still, they weren't even remotely located in the same area of Cincinnati....kinda weird.

Great news for the people who kept losing parking spaces to a bunch of drunks :D

I watched the Buckeyes DESTROY  those boys from Miami in the National Championshio game there.

That was a fun night.

You know, after reading that....I have seen places that closed in similar fasion before.

Could it maybe be they got busted selling to under agers too many times?

Doubt it.

That location has yet to sustain a successful business since it's renovation. Jillian's is the third failure at that site. IMO, the space is just too damn big to operate profitably.

There is a jillians in downtown Akron. It is not nearly as large as the one in Cincy, but this one always seems to be more crowded. That is probably due to the fact that it is a block from Akron U. Campus.

I havent been downtown in about a week, so for what I know it is still open.

Yeah, its kinda weird that they would just close like that..... WAIT A MINUTE...... Cincinnati is the #1 Nightlife spot in the country???? LOL, thats a good one. You'd think that common sense alone would keep Forbes from publishing that list with Cincy at #1. On the positive side, at least Cincy is getting noticed for something positive. That is still one of the most mind bogglin things that I have read in a long time.
