I just back from a rock concert(not my idea, the wifes) and first thing I do is check the game thread on this board. AND holy crap I see THE REDS WIN WITH A ROSS WALK OFF HOME RUN!!! Are you serious!?! I missed a great game, but what's worse is that I've been watching ESPN and ESPN news for 20 mintues and no high lights!!!!
Come on, the NL Central leader and the NL wildcard leader came down to the ninth inning with all that drama and the game can't get at least a share of the top stories.

I'm a Reds fan and understand "big city" getting must of the air time. But if the Reds go to the playoffs, this season will be a little bit sweeter because of the lack of respect.

Oh wait the high light just came on!!! :)

It led off Sportscenter right after the Yankees/White Sox concluded.

Sorry - They was the 1st highlight right after the Yanks/White Sox game...

Sorry you missed it....

ESPN has been all over the Reds/STL 4 game stand this week... they've been "pimping" it pretty much.

The Reds game was one of the first highlighted features right after the Yankees-White Sox game.

1st words on SC after the opening credits "Who would have thought A Harang would have more wins than C Carpenter".

BBTN is on after SC, so you should be able to catch it there. If not, try FSN's highlight show (FSN Final Score at 1:30 AM)... or tape it.

BTW, FSN has been rerunning the Reds games in the afternoon the day after the game... don't know if they'll do it tomorrow though because of the afternoon game (airing on ESPN tomorrow!).

Well that makes my point mute. But I'm glad they did show it. I was switching back and forth for 20 mintues and nothing.
I just seen it!!! Awesome!!! It gave me chills watching!!

One thing Marty has never lost is the ability to call a HR; it gave me chills just listening to his call. Thanks TB.

The WLW link has better quality then the MLB.com version.

Also, EE had top play #6 (I think) with his diving catch of a line drive and Ross had the #1 play with that walk-off HR. I have to admit I got goose bumps seeing him fling his helmet as he headed toward home plate with his arms extended, waiting for his teammates to mob him.

What a game!

I didn't think that Marty's call was up to his usual standards. He should have been prepared for it, he kind of predicted it there.

Last night, ESPN NEWS showed Ross's homer with 5 minutes of the game ending. (or at least it seemed like it)
