Found this interesting: From USA TODAY Sports Weekly
"Intangibles are difficult to define and tougher to measure but have a lot to do with which players eventually make the major leagues. Brewers Farmhand Mike Jones might have an unusual intangible- his birthday. The right-handed pitcher, who spent most of the season at Class A Brevard County, was born April 23, 1983. That Fits right in with the birthdays of the major leagues' for most accomplished Joneses. Braves Outfielder Andruw also has an April 23 birthday (he was born in 1977), the day before that of his teammate Chipper Jones (who was born in 1972). Tigers Closer Todd Jones also was an April 24 baby (in 1968) and Cubs outfielder Jacque Jones celebrates on April 25. (He was born in 1975.)"
Something to think about during the draft? Strange, but True.

Wel my birthday is April 23rd also, but my last name is not Jones, and I'm not a baseball player. Maybe I should apply for a front office job though.

That's probably the best example of intangibles I've ever seen. :)

I've always known I had some serious intangibles, I could just never describe what they were. ;)
