The World Series, Game Two, 'Targate', etc. 'Twas a blast. I'm glad I was lucky enough to get tickets, and while the first few hours before the first pitch were cold and wet, it was mostly just cold during the game. Good thing I layered up! Below are a few pictures I snapped, resized smaller to hopefully not tie up your connection. Note, as in Cyclone's pics, the Montgomery Inn.

Oh, and a pic of me in attendance. Proof! The "playoff beard" that my co-workers have made me grow will hopefully get the boot soon!

Nice pics, GIK! That place sort of looks familiar. ;)

Knowing how cold it was Saturday night, I can only imagine how cold it was there last night. I had on four layers: t-shirt, long-sleeve shirt, short-sleeve shirt and then finally a Reds jersey, and while I was managing, it wasn't exactly warm. Most everyone else at the stadium had on several layers and a jacket or a winter coat.

What's with all the facial hair in this forum? No judgment; just curious. Is it for warmth or aesthetics?

I am loving all these pictures. Do we have anybody going to games 3-7?

edit: I missed the caption. It's a playoff beard. That's awesome.

I love the Tiger Striped lawnmower! That would be a huge hit here in Bengal land!
