Baseball America decided to take their "Best Tools" feature and expand it this year to the GM Ranks. They did the survey of current GM's and Asst GM's around baseball.

Fiscal Skills
Devloping a Pipeline

Creativity

It's a subscribers feature, so you've got to dish out the greenbacks to view it, but I'll pass along that Wayne Krivsky did not get mentioned as the best in any one category (Pat Gillick, Billy Beane & Terry Ryan seem to dominate) but he was listed as getting multiple votes in both the "Rule Hopscotch" & "Fiscal Skills" categories.

This whole concept is more than a little goofy.
