Was doing a paper the other day on overcoming adversity, and came across this intersesting video on Dick Sipeck.

Dick Sipek lost his hearing at a young age and later became the third deaf player, (and 1 of 4 ever) to play professional baseball. Dick played for the Reds in 1945, his only pro season. Here are his stats according to www.baseball-reference.com
