I just bought my first box of 2006 Bowman Chrome football. I just pulled an uncirculated Matt Leinart auto'd rookie serial number 1/10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now it's time for your opinions. Sell or hold. Right now, I'd imagine that the lowest it would EBay for is 800. That's conservative. Last year I bought a box of Chrome baseball and got an un-auto'd Cameron Maybin Orange refractor numbered /25. It sold for 465.

So, Matt Leinart stock. Will it go up in the next few years, or is it peaked right now?

I once sold a Michael Jordan rookie card for 2.80.

Just saying.

Sell it. I hung onto a lot of rookie cards and for every one that skyrockets there are a bunch of other that fade fast. Especially if you aren't a big Leinart fan I wouldn't think twice. I hung onto the Nomar Garciaparra and ARod rookies when they were peaking and only the ARod one might pay off for me.

Sell! Rookie cards tend to cool regardless of future success.

Sell it now. People go nuts for the hot new rookies, then the appeal wears off that player because there are new rookies to go nuts over.

The only thing i think about though, is that he could easily become a Palmer or Manning-esque QB with the WRs he has. Also, the addition of Wisenhut has to help.

Would I be better served to wait until football is back in season to sell?

As someone who isnt a fan of Leinart, I say sell. As for the Maybin.... you should have probably held onto that one for a while before selling it.

prob, but with baseball, when pulling something like that, I didn't want to risk it at all. Baseball seems very fickle and guys go boom to bust overnight at times.

That's exactly right. This one's easy...sell it.
