No. You're giving up the #2 catcher in baseball and a Top 10 pitcher and receiving a 35+ year old catcher, a solid #3 OF, and a 2nd year pitcher who had injury issues as a rookie.

I'd rather pluck someone off the waiver wire to fill an OF spot.

agreed, Maggs would be nice to have but you're giving up too much. You should be able to find somebody reasonably productive on the WW

if is not a keeper league then go for it. Although Weaver is hurt right now. Piazza should put up close if not better than the numbers Martinez will, remember he will DH and play almost every day. I believe he hit more HRs than Martinez last year. Ordonez defineitely an improvement over Johnson!
If Weaver pitches like he did last year and he has better offense behind him you will be OK on that trade. Who would you have to drop to make the trade?
