Have you started up a Santos fan club yet?

no, i guess its more fun to lose games at home to a division rival than pitch someone who has pitched near perfectly all year

You can always go protest for more Santos in front of GABP.

He has a point... go with the guy until he gives you a reason not to. The others have given one if not more reasons not to so far.

Wasn't Stanton supposed to be another "find" for WK? Santos will be next on the slaughtering line.

In fairness to Stanton, he's pitched exceptional outside of tonight. I'd give him a pass.

Based on his performance so far, Santos has been the most reliable option in the pen. We all knew coming out of the spring training that some good arms were going to be sent down to triple A and more of last year was coming to the big club. When will the Reds ever learn to put the best team on the field.

Yeah...those 4 or 5 innings are such a good predictor of how the season will go.

The whole pitching staff is a mess. 2 or 3 weeks doesn't make a season. Look at the staff as a whole.

Even today he came in and induced a grounball. It just happened to find a hole. Not a whole lot he can do about that.

In the future, let's keep all the 'Santos is good' posts in one thread instead of starting a new one every few days. That applies to all players, but he's the obvious example here.
