Also, Bill Bray threw an inning at extended spring training today in Sarasota. The left-handed reliever threw 24 pitches, 17 for strikes, and his velocity was between 89-91 mph. He will throw another inning Monday.

Hopefully this spells the end of Stanton!

But, is he any closer?
I remember hearing this kind of stuff from Majewski over a month ago, and he's no where to be seen, or you'd think he would have been called up by now.
I know they're different injuries.
I don't understand the Majewski thing. If he can pitch without injuring himself in AAA, why can't he pitch in the Majors?

He was getting lit up @ AAA, and I think I remember reading his velocity was down.

Bray would be my pick to be the closer of the Reds.

The closer is one spot where we have been very good.
Weathers is 7-8 in save opportunities. Only an opposite field, ground ball single to Berkman prevents him from being perfect in save situations.

No way...WK would never admit the failure of a two year contract one month in.

WK makes the kind of moves that make a guy with a little luck look like a genius.
But...
