Tomo Ohka designated for assignment. Should the Reds be interested?

Ohka was designated for asignment today. I know there were a few that wish the Reds would have signed him in the offseason. Should the Reds take consider now?

I'd stay away from him. Has given up 10 bombs and has a .300 BAA(yikes)
