He has ace stuff and he has relief and starting eligibility.

So you think Lincecum is better than Billingsley overall? I think it's a toss-up at best right now, but I guess we'll find out once Chad gets a couple of starts under his belt.

Lincecum's peripherals are fine. Billingsley does not have the upside that Tim does. Once he gets the ball over, he'll be back to awesome.
