I don't know if this has been discussed on any of the threads, but I have not seen it anywhere. Does the Josh Hamilton/Jerry Narron/Johnny Narron connection influence the front office's decision on the manager's future? What happens if Jerry Narron is fired? Does Johnny happily stick around? Is Hamilton ready to be weaned from the Narron influence?

Would benefits of changing managers outweigh the benefits of developing Josh Hamilton at this point in a totally lost season?

It shouldn't. Jerry and Johnny are two seperate people with two seperate roles.

If it is, then this organization is in bigger trouble than we thought.
