A Reds Christmas in July

We're getting close to the half way point of the reds season which always seems like a natural point to reflect upon how things have went so far. I thought it might be fun to look back and praise/snark about things in the form of a christmas list (hey I really like christmas).

Here's what I mean. Considering the 2007 Reds:

Here's my Christmas list:

1. Griffey's swing (don't worry Doug and Cyclone, I think Santa has more than one);
2. Homer's fastball;
3. Hatteberg's work ethic;
4. Hamilton's arm;

Here's the lump of coal in my stocking (hey nobody is an angel):

1. EE's start (having such a key righthanded bat start sooo cold hurt bad, real bad).

There are lots more that could be on both lists but I don't want to be a hog (everyone's list can have whatever on it so duplicates are fine). So how 'bout it, what's on your '07 Reds Christmas list and what did Aunt Girtrude get ya that, well, you'd have just as soon not unwrapped?

Christmas List (in no particular order):

1) Phillips' power-speed combo at 2B
2) Hamilton's comeback
3) Griffey's health (knock on wood)
4) Harang's continued emergence as staff ace

Coal (in no particular order):

1) The Blowpen
2) Harris to the D-Rays for cash
3) Narron's game management
4) Ross turns into a pumpkin

Under the coal section, I'd lump in (no pun intended) Arroyo's downturn, and the defense at SS, which has not been as advertised.
