Zach Cozart is playing SS tonight for Dayton while Valaika is not playing. Possible promotion to Sarasota for Valaika? I hope so. I'd like to both Turner and Valaika bumped up to Sarasota.

yesterday (1-4, 0 K, 1 SB)

His last multi-hit game was eight days ago. Stubbs had pretty good numbers until June hit. This month's a disaster. I hope he snaps out of it soon.

good game tonight in Louisville... The pitching was great 9 strickouts by Dumatrait, season high for him. I would love to see him up in the bigs, along with some of the other players, Votto and Kepp. I don't think the Reds have to much to lose at this point... so why not give them a chance..

Reds minor league teams having issues. Chatanooga, Sarasota, and Dayton are all getting waxed.

Bruce is 0-3, Stubbs 2-4.

Hopefully Votto can break out of his slump in July, Bruce is cooling and Stubbs finally gets 2 hits in a game;)

Pelland is probably the most frustrating pitcher in the Reds system. He looks like a typical deadbrained lefty;)

Most of the runs given up were by the fringy prospects or treds and prospects that probably need to be moved to the pen.

Wow. The Reds affiliates had a pair of teams give up a single run, and still averaged over nine runs allowed per game. That's a rough night.

In baseball every day's a new day. The pitching was stellar the next day (July 1).
