Did a search and didn't find any of these topics discussed on Redszone. I have watched Adam Dunn closely since the day he was called up. I have made some observations that I have yet to see anyone else comment on. Curious to hear what you all have to say.

1. Dunn seems to strike out a lot. Also, he is probably the worst sac fly hitter I've ever seen.

2. I have noticed that perhaps he isn't the greatest fielder in the world. I don't think he always takes great angles on the ball.

3. His RBI numbers don't seem to match his power.

4. Sometimes he seems blase' or indifferent. I wonder if he has enough "fire."

I have not heard any of these 4 points discussed here at Redszone. Just wondering if anyone had anything to offer.

Also, one more thing....

I think it might be time we discussed the ramifications of the trade we made with the Nationals last year.

Bowden needs to stop signing retread pitchers. Gullet just isn't the genius he was made out to be...

Maybe we can send Wily Mo down to AAA with him?

Did anyone here know that Wayne Krivsky used to work for the Twins?

Someone told me the other day that Ken Griffey Junior tends to get injured every now and then. Can anyone confirm this?

Edskin, you seem to have a good pulse on Dunn. What do you think about his BA with RISP?

One of my friends would chime in with: Gookie Dawkins is gonna be the next big thing in Cincy.

Let's not forget the fact Dunn is not a Hometown Hero.

He is from Texas, everybody knows he wants to play for the Houston Astros but we can't trade him to Houston.

Adam Dunn is nothing more than a DH for an American League Club.

I've heard "The Hall Of Famer" (Marty Brennamen) say so.

Di I have watched Adam Dunn closely since the day he was called up.
Me too.

Another topic we might want to discuss... if the Reds ever get WM Pena back - could they restructure his contract to send him down if need be?

I've heard Hatte say that Kirk Saarloos has nasty stuff.

Maybe he's available?

I like that one, how about:

Kent Mercker thinks Milton will win 18-20 games this year he is throwing so well. I'm pumped.

Those Jimmy Haynes and Paul Wilson contract extensions give us some great stability in the front end of our rotation, don't you think??

I hear that Danny Graves always makes the 9th inning interesting. Can this also be confirmed?

Eric Milton should be pretty good for us...he's pitched a no-hiter!

I wonder if the Reds are ever going to address the glaring need for a third catcher?

I heard Jorge Cantu (who??) is available from the Devil Rays. Think we should try and get him??? :D
