Well you know the first 4 years or so are key, potting training, learning to tie his shoes ext, it's what makes real ballplayers

He had that bad summer when he was 9 and missed time with chicken pox , then got repeated cases of poison ivy , which affected his concentration in the field and at bat.

I'm assuming he's used up all his options. Great, that's just what we need, another Wily Mo.

Then around 13 he hit that stage where he was always upset with the organization and repeatedly demanded trades and told his coaches he hated them and wanted to leave.

I guess they are trying the other end of the age spectrum now.

I'd rather take my chances there than the geriatric division we currently reside in :)

I say the first fetal signing in baseball history is right around the corner....

Zygote can't be far behind.

First they say I sign players who are too old. Now you're telling me they're too young. Make up your mind, people!

So, we still have one of Bob Howsam's signings still in the organization? Cool. Glad they are not rushing him, though - I hear his fastball was topping 60 in 1996.

Time to start having kids........I'm gonna fashion myself as the Scott Boras of fatherhood so I can retire early.
