Moving into the bottom of the 5th Bats are tied 1-1. Bruce 0 for 1 with a walk. Cantu 1 for 3 with an rbi single. Dickerson 2 for 2 with a walk and a run scored. Shearn 4 IP 3 H 1 ER 4 K.

Middle of the 4th and Chattanooga trails 5-2. Lecure 4 IP 9 H 5 ER 5 K. Rosales has gone deep. Dorn is 0 for 2. Cumberland 1 for 2 - a double to drive in a run.

Going into the bottom of the 8th Sarasota up in a wild affair 10-8. Nothing noteworthy on the pitching side. Valaika is 2 for 3 with a homer. His average has climbed to .234. Strait has three hits including a blast and has driven in 3. Heisey is 2 for 4.

After 4 1/2 Dayton is knotted up at 1. Through five frames Jordan Smith has given up 2 H and 2 BB while striking out 5. Keltavious Jones is 2 for 2 with a double and a run scored. Stubbs is 1 for 2 with a double (his 23rd on the season). Stubbs is no longer leading off for Dayton. Jones leads off and Stubbs is hitting 5th.
