Interesting map at a Niketown store.

The question is, do we deploy our forces to the east to recapture Indian territory, or to the west to fend off the encroaching Cardinals and Cubs?

That is a cool map. I saw one of those a few years ago for college football, and it looked great. If I can find the darn thing, I'll scan it in and post it, just in case anyone's interested.

The D-Rays wish they owned that area of Florida...mark it a solid fan base for the Yankees and Red Sox.

sad, the Mets have no land to call their own.

If I'm reading it right, they get Long Island and the northern half of Jersey.

There is no way that the Indian territory comes that far into WV.....or the Pirates that far south. Reds got shortchanged there.

I am thinking the D-Rays area is so large because the two guys still rooting for them live so far apart.

If we manage to begin sweeping though Cardinal and Cubs territory, there is no stopping us until we reach the west coast.
And after that - the world.

Yankeeland and Metsland is intertwined. Northern NJ is a mix of Yankees and Mets fans.

Very cool.

Do the Rangers really have that big of a market? I always thought the Astros were more entrenched in Texas.

I don't think I've ever met a Rangers fan. And I know several people from Dallas.

Not that this has any bearing on Rangers fans in Texas, but there were quite a few Rangers fans down at GABP a few months ago when the Rangers came to town. They didn't pile up in numbers like Cubs fans or Cardinals fans down there, but there were far more Rangers fans than I expected to see.

oddly, I live about 30 minutes from Philadelphia, and have never met a Phillies fan

Here it is. Sorry about the low quality, but the original is pretty small.

Cards and Cubs, and we need to build a wall in Ohio to keep the Indians at bay

Shouldn't the Jays have all of Canada?
