I can remember listening to this game. IIRC, the Phillies had an on field celebration after Carlton's 20th win. The Phils were horrible that year but when Carlton pitched they were a totally different team. I believe Carlton won 27 of the Phils 59 wins that season. One of the more remarkable pitching performances in MLB history.
