According to Trent:

Just got word, it's Tom Shearn tomorrow for the Redlegs

From the Reds:

Tom Shearn will be making his Major League debut tomorrow after 12 minor league seasons. He turns 30 years old on Tuesday.

He went 7-10, 4.20 in 24 starts and 2 relief appearances for Louisville (143.2ip, 153h, 72r, 67er, 51bb, 109k, 9hr, .276oba).

I'm glad he finally gets a chance with the big club. Hopefully he can make the most of his opportunity.

Too bad he couldn't start on Tuesday.

Matt Belisle says Shearn has a good fastball that he can locate, a good slider and change up, and a nasty 12-6 curve.

Played in HS with Shearn, glad to finally see he gets his shot. Hopefully makes the most of it and keeps the Reds hot streak going!

Easy to calm down when you have a 6 run lead after 1....

Does anyone else think on his mlb.com gameday photo that Tom Shearn kind of looks like Tom Sizemore???

7 IP , 4 hits, 3 runs, all earned, 2 walks, 2 strikeouts, and 1 hr given up. He had a quality start today. He is at 101 pitches, so i would not expect to see him in the 8th.

Good start I'm liking Shearn

I love his sweeping curve. Thats one of baseball's lost treasures.

Good enough outing for me.
