Right now, at this moment, we've got Beggar's Banquet blaring through the house. And it is an album, not a wimpy CD. Drinking some beer, getting ready for a whiffleball tournament to start, playing the Rolling Stones as loud as sit can go. It's a nice, warm day in beautiful, sunny Gainesville, Fla.

Noun 1. album - one or more recordings issued together; originally released on 12-inch phonograph records (usually with attractive record covers) and later on cassette audiotape and compact disc.
You're no better than the rest of us. :)
I know, you mean vinyl, which does make you better. The sound of the needle in the groove is awesome.
Been on a "live" performance kick lately....
The Who Live At Leeds - Played it so much when I was younger that I wore the grooves off the album. Just recently purchased the CD. Just an awesome live album.
The Allman Bros. Live At The Filmore East - Hot 'Lanta and In Memory Of Elizabeth Reed.
David Gilmour Live

The Brown Album.
The band has no name, and I can't discuss it in great detail on this particular message board.
It's both revolting, and hilarious at the same time.
