I was calculating FOGG's quality starts (19-29). That's okay. Then, for the heck of it, I looked up Bedard. My GOSH, this guy was amazing last year. He had 2-6 quality starts in April, ERA was over 6. Then he reeled of 20-21 quality starts the rest of the year until the last game when he apparently got hurt. :eek:
I didn't want to make the trade for him either, but his kind of dominance this past year is rare.

yeah, i was never that impressed with bedard either until i looked at his #'s, because he hasn't really gotten the name recognition yet, but he's very impressive. definitely wouldve been a nice addition.

I think he will drop back at least some. However, even if he just comes close to last year's numbers he's still going to be AMAZING.
