I did not pay for it. I only payed for the audio. Clicked on the video link and it worked. I was getting it and I only paid for the audio.

Try it out and let me know if you get any free games without having a paid account or with just a audio subscription.

I tried the dodgers game and the indians game and they both worked.

If it works you may be able to get the reds game on monday for free. clcik on the 400k to load the MLB.TV stream.

How many minutes into it did it ask you?

Only the audio immediately ask for a login. The video never prompted me. Still playing flawlessly. You are very concerned about this. Why?

Do you think its a free trial period simular to the first 2 weeks of extra innings every year being free?

That link is for March 2. I think you're looking at replays.

If by replays you mean highlights, then no. It is the full game streamed @ 400k.

We know its a replay of the full game. The games from last year dont work.

My friend watched the the Dodgers game today live for free and he don't have a MLB.TV account.

He was the one that alerted me to the fee MLB.TV.

Are you watching the game on silverlight or classic player?

Classic player seems to give me better video quality.

I clicked on the Cleveland-Philly game from earlier today and it played fine for me. I wonder if its some trial thing that they're doing for spring training. I have an account at mlb.com but not for any of the game broadcasts.

I'm watching Cueto pitch against the Jays and wow... that slider has some serious movement.

Jay Bruce absolutely crushed a high fastball earlier too, thanks for the link.

I got most of the old games from to work starting with the mariners game from June 22, 2007.

700k streams work not just the 400k.

I think you can get Gameday audio for free now too starting with the same Mariners game as MLB.TV.

For the free MLB.TV You will have to wait until the game is over and see a A(Archive) next to the 400k not a L(live) Mark next too it. I just tried the Cubs game from today and It would not let me see a live game for free but it would let me see a replay after a game was over on a earlier game.

Give it a try do what I did so you understand how this works.

Was thinking about purchasing MLB.TV for my new computer. Does anybody have any good or bad reviews of this product?

Living in SC, I don't get to see many Reds games.

Thanks for any input you have.

I have had MLBTV since its first season. I have been pretty happy with it overall. I really like the condensed games. If i miss a live game, I can watch the condensed games later. If you dont have the reds games on tv locally, it may be a cheaper option than extra innings. Ofcourse, my interest begins to wane as the reds slip in the standings, so maybe instead of full season, buy it by the month.
