I guess it must have been a 2 bathroom house. I cannot imagine what kind of dysfunction there must be to A) want to sit on a toilet for two years and B) allow a loved one to sit on a toilet for two years.
Somebody at that home is a crackpot.

After a couple of weeks, I think I would have just quietly moved out one night.
I was going to make a pun about women taking a long time in the bathroom...but thought better of it.

Wow. I love the internet. On topic, I bet she has a god-awful case of hemorrhoids.

I think the best line in the article was this:
"The case has been the buzz in Ness City, said James Ellis, a neighbor. "
You don't say. Gosh, with everything else going on in Ness City it's amazing that something like this would make headlines.

Authorities said they did not know if she was mentally or physically disabled.
Well, I think I have the answer to that question. Atleast, I really hope I do...

Her legs were atrophied, and yet they're still not sure if she is physically disabled.

What the hell was she doing, reading War and Peace?

She probably could have done that faster than reading all of KronoRed's posts.

There has to be some significant metal problem going on. Imagine if she has some sort Alzheimer's like disorder. Just sad.

I dunno, Ness City might be a pretty happenin' place..I liked this quote:
“It really doesn’t surprise me,” Ellis said
Just an everyday thang in the NC!

That's a long time to wait for some TP. I'd probably have broken down and used the shower curtain after 3 or 4 months.

CNN has a picture of the home where this took place. Any guesses? Not too hard to figure out.

Her husband could have gotten her to come out. These two things can make a person change their mind:
1) Lack of food.
2) Lack of a place to poop.
Since she had #2 covered...or since she had no problems with #2...or insert your own #2 joke here....why did Mr. Einstein keep bringing her food?

There are some who claim Krono's hands are fused to his keyboard. :p:

Wait- don't you have teenagers? Print this article out and post it to your bathroom door for them to read.

It's gonna take a lot of planning, and the best place for that is on da terlet.
Lets see.... to break her record I'd have to be on there till late summer of 2010. I could make it out just in time to watch the Reds vs Tampa Bay in the World Series :p:

Put a TV and Xbox360 in there and it would be a cake walk for my oldest boy.
