NO NO NO.
Why do you people insist on taking flyers on old, washed up guys? There is a reason he was released. He sucks.
We have the best pitching talent we've had in 15 years, there is no reason to pickup ****ty veterans just because they have experience.
The Reds can be the Rockies of last year if they do this:
Bruce CF
Keppinger SS
Griffey RF
Phillips 2B
Dunn LF
Hatteberg / Votto 1B
Valentin / Ross C
Bench
Hatteberg
Freel
Hopper
Valentin
------------------
Harang
Arroyo
Cueto
Bailey
Volquez
Coutlangus
Roeneckie
Bray
Burton
Weathers
Cordero
Coffey
Belisle
McBeth
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CUT THESE BASTARDS:
Hairston (HGH)
Stanton (HGH)
Mercker (Good guy, but, HGH)
Patterson
Fogg
Majewski

I'm not interested.

No interested at all. He hasn't been good since he was with the Braves. We aren't taken flyers on anymore washed up pitchers that was a few years ago. We have enough of the Jimmy Haynes, Todd Van Poppel, or Eric Milton.

That was who I assumed he was talking about. Once I saw "Mariners" I was terribly disappointed.
