I know its early, but that doesn't look promising for getting in the game tonight.

Looks like last friday night.

Probably have some delays at the least :(

They may have a delay or three, but I expect them to get the game in. There should be enough breaks in the rain throughout the day/evening that I think they'll be able to play through it.

I wouldn't mind if the game is delayed until 10pm. The black out is lifted at 10pm on DISH and I can watch the entire game and not pick up the last out or two,if i"m lucky. :D

I had half an inkling to drive up tomorrow, see the game, and drive back Sunday. I think I'll wait.

It looks like these storms could be out of there by 7:00 or 8:00. Hopefully those strong storms stretching from WV to down south continue to move east and avoid Pittsburgh.

I was also planning to make the drive to Pittsburgh. (Pittsburgh is only about two hours from where I live, while Cincinnati is 3-3.5 hours.) But I think I'll sit this one out tonight--I need to get some work done around the house anyway. Maybe I can get there Sunday to see Cueto pitch.

Shocking. Rain in Pittsburgh.

Seems like a yearly hassle.

It's been raining off and on here in Columbus for the whole day. Everything seems to be moving NE from here, so some of it would miss Pittsburgh, but there are some big cells that were just in Cincy and seem to be headed straight to Pitt.

None of the downpours here have lasted longer than 20-30 minutes.

I'd think a ML grounds crew could get this game played.

Here is the radar. They may (hopefully) be able to get the game under way around 9:00 or so if the rain continues to push east.

I'm watching the Reds pre-game show and it's not even raining in Pittsburgh right now. It even looks like the sun is out.
