We need a thread letting everyone know who's being sent up or down or cut throughout he minors.

As far as I know, these guys have moved up/down/cut:

Sean Henry: Sarasota to Chattanooga
Ricky Stone: CUT
Anthony Gressick: I guess he was signed to Sarasota?

Who else am I missing?

Henry was promoted because Danny Dorn was DLed. But he homered and drove in three runs in his first game; we've seen players earn the right to stay (i.e. Jay Bruce at Louisville last season) when they were only supposed to be at a level temporarily.

Like I said on another thread, I'd give it another couple weeks, but then I'd like to see:

Juan Francisco, Chris Valaika, and Drew Stubbs to Chattanooga.
Todd Frazier and Brandon Waring to Sarasota.

I bet you they wait at least another month.

I'm thinking mid-May

I think Francisco stays in Sarasota for half the season, minimum.

Unless they move Francisco to the OF, where's Waring gonna play?

Dayton. I don't think he moves up early either.

I think that's a mistake. When a college guy dominates Dayton in his second year of pro ball (after dominating rookie ball in his first year), he should be moved up. Quickly.

Francisco is 20 years old, I think. Not a college guy.

I don't necessarily disagree with you. I just don't think the Reds will be in a hurry to push him up.

I'm talking about Brandon Waring.

Waring shouldn't be in Dayton - a college guy that put up decent numbers as he did, and the numbers he put up in Billing's last year he should have started in Sarasota - that's more comparable to college.

He has plenty to work on in Dayton, so its not a big deal really. Plus he has someone ahead of him on the chart right now.
