Fred Norman was traded to the Reds on June 12th for Gene Locklear. That is probably one of the most underestimated trades the Reds made. They basically got a very good starter that lasted for the rest of the 70's for nothing.

This has to be one of the ugliest pitching lines in Reds History. Haynes is already 0-4 and it's only April 17th.

I agree. That trade is often overlooked, but the Reds got a very solid member of the BRM's pitching rotation for a minimal cost.
