Albery Pujols will go on the DL. He's out a minimum of three weeks with a calf strain.

With today's announcement by Dusty Baker that Edwin Encarnacion had lost his starting 3rd Base job until the injury to Jerry Hairston happened, it means that the writings on the wall for EE. He has until either Hairston or Gonzalez gets back to turn his career around in Cincinnati or else he's either going to be sitting on the bench or be playing for another team.

Phillips gets a rare day off.

Janish, Cabrera, Bako (he was awful last night), and Cueto.

How many hits in that bunch? 1?

It's going to be tough tonight with only 5 hitters...
