View Full Version : Should Dick Pole be fired?

Yes. Has he made a SINGLE pitcher MORE effective?

Here's my crazy idea: Mario Soto says he doesn't want the full time job because he wants to spend time in his home country... well, as we ALL know, MONEY TALKS.

Open up the check book, Bob, and keep adding dollars until the man says yes. A million dollar investment in Soto could reap millions of dollars down the line for our pitchers in terms of effectiveness and higher production (especially for the youngsters).

Mazzone or the recently fired Mets pitching coach would be other excellent candidates.

I think he should be fired, but then our pitchers might improve and we would actually start winning therefore Pole is not going to get fired.

I think Richard is doing a fine job. What he has done to Homer Bailey alone is worthy of a contract extension.

Yes.All of the coaching staff should be let go.I would start with the hitting coach then the
pitching coach.

Of course. He and Jacoby both need to go.

Fire him and hire Leo Mazzone plain and simple.
