Valentine, signed earlier in the season by Philadelphia, will report to Double-A Chattanooga of the Southern League.

Wasn't Valentine supposed to be the big piece coming back in the Guillen trade?

You think?

I'm hoping Valentine finds some success down at Chattanooga. He was, as someone noted, the big piece in the trade that brought Harang over here, and it would be nice to see him the groove he had when he was in the White Sox's system.

If this guy could develop some control, he may be a decent bullpen arm...
